Dale Emmerson 73-year-old of Forrest City was booked into the SFC Detention Center for Terroristic Threatening, Class D Felony and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person, Class B Felony.  Deputies responded to a disturbance on county road 707.  Deputies spoke with the female caller who reported that she and Emmerson had a verbal altercation and Emmerson reportedly got a .22 caliber rifle and pointed it at her and threatened to shoot her.  Emmerson was taken into custody without incident and deputies recovered a loaded rife inside the residence.  Emmerson is scheduled to appear in SFC District Court tomorrow where his bond will set.
