Izard Street Forrest City, Arkansas 72335 Phone: (870) 633-2611 Fax: (870) 261-1784 Sheriff Bobby May 2025 - DO NOT TRICK OR TREAT NOTICE As Halloween approaches, the St. Francis County Sheriff's Office is reminding families to stay alert and safe.  In accordance with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act (AR Code Annotated 12-12-901 et seq.), the Sheriff's Office is releasing the Official "DO NOT TRICK OR TREAT" for St. Francis County.  This List Includes Level 3 (High Risk) and Level 4 (Sexually Dangerous) offenders.  These individuals should not participate in Halloween. handing out candy or any items to trick or treaters, costume parties, or any event involving the wearing of a costume or the handing out candy or any items to children.
