A Forrest City man was arrested over the weekend on an outstanding felony warrant related to Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
Ronald Elliott Kimble, 66, was taken into custody without incident for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Reporting Requirements, a Class C felony under Arkansas law. This marks the second arrest for Kimble involving failure to meet mandated reporting obligations.
Kimble was originally convicted in 2018 for Internet Stalking of a Child. In that case, he received a five-year suspended sentence.
Kimble is scheduled to appear before a judge tomorrow, where bond is expected to be set.
