Forrest City Woman Arrested After Drug Investigation

A 40-year-old Forrest City woman was arrested Friday without incident following an ongoing narcotics investigation. Krystal Wallace was taken into custody after investigators learned of her whereabouts. She faces multiple felony charges, including Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams), a Class B felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class B felony, and Proximity Near Certain Facility, which carries an enhanced penalty.
Wallace's arrest stems from a search warrant executed on April 2, 2026, at an apartment located in Grobmyer Circle. During the search, investigators seized more than two ounces of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, and glass bongs used to ingest controlled substances.
At the time the warrant was served, 55-year-old Felicia Gray was the only person present at the residence. She faces multiple felony charges, including Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams), a Class B felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class B felony, and Proximity Near Certain Facility, which carries an enhanced penalty.
A few days later, Freddie Gray was arrested without incident. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver Methamphetamine (greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams), a Class B felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Proximity Near Certain Facility , which carries an enhanced penalty.
Wallace is scheduled to be arraigned today, at which time a bond will be set in her case.
