Second Person Arrested For Breaking Into Home

The Sheriff Department arrested a second person in connection to a breaking into a home back in December.  Philandus Watson 31-year-old of Colt was arrested yesterday after an off duty investigator observed Watson riding a bicycle on Highway-1 just south of the Colt Exxon.  The off duty notified deputies and Watson was taken into custody without incident.  Watson is currently charged with Residential Burglary, a Class B Felony, Theft of Property (Firearm), a Class B Felony and Criminal Mischief, a Class A Misdemeanor.  Watson was arrested after investigators identified him and another individual that broke into a residence and took several guns from a gun safe.  At this time Watson bond has not been set and will remain in jail until his bond is set.  Delfino Mora, a second person involved in the burglary has since been arrested and his bond was set at $100,000 dollars.  Investigators are looking for the third person who is believed to have set up the burglary and theft.
