St. Francis County resident arrested for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender
On Saturday April 26, 2025, Ronald Kimble 64-years-old was arrested at his residence on county road 758 without incident for Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Reporting Requirements which is a Class C Felony. Back in March 2018, Kimble was arrested for sending pictures of his genitalia to a 14-year-old girl and was charged with Internet Stalking of a Child a Class B Felony. In August 2019, Kimble was found guilty in St. Francis County Circuit Court and received a 5-year Imposition of Sentence and was ordered by the court to register as a sex offender. The Criminal Investigation Division was alerted about Ronald Kimble and opened an investigation and was able to determine that Kimble never registered as a sex offender. Ronald Kimble will appear before a judge where a bond will be set in his case.
