Deputy Parks initiated his emergency lights to signal the vehicle to stop. He approached the vehicle and announced himself to the driver and occupants. The Deputy observed the driver acting in a nervous manner. He asked the drivers and occupants were there any drugs, weapons or contraband in the vehicle and the occupants stated that there were not any.
