On Monday, at approximately 3:00pm authorities with the Sheriff Department received information about an individual they were looking for in relation to a theft case that occurred a couple weeks ago where several individuals had broken into a vehicle and stole two handguns.  Authorities went to the residence of 605 S. Washington and observed three people at the back of the residence where one of the male individuals took off running.  The individual was taken into custody without incident. The individual was identified as Bill Dillion Smithee, 27-years-old of Colt, Ar.  At the time Smithee was in Possession of a Controlled Substance that tested positive for Fentanyl.  Smithee also had over $6,000 dollars' worth of FTA warrants issued out of Forrest City.  Smithee is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow for Possession of Fentanyl, Fleeing and the outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
