On January 9, 2024, authorities have arrested 64-year-old Sheila Rawlison for one count of Arson, a Class A Felony.  Sheila bond was set at $100.000 dollars by Circuit Judge Christopher Morledge.  She is scheduled to appear in St. Francis County District Court today to be arraigned.  Back on January 2, 2024, a house fire was reported in the New Castle Community.  Fire personnel discovered the badly burned body inside the residence.  Investigators were then called to the scene.  The body is that believed to be Linda Brewer who lived at the residence with Sheila.  The body has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory to determine positive identification and the Manner and Cause of Death.  The case is still under investigation.
