The body discovered in a gray plastic tote on County Road 731 just off Highway 334 has been positively identified as 42-year-old Troy Alexandra Strope of Forrest City, Arkansas. Authorities were notified last Tuesday afternoon after some boys riding four wheelers in the area discovered the tote and called the sheriff department.  At this time investigators are working this case as a homicide and have few leads to go on and we are asking for the public help.  If anyone has any information on Ms. Strope their asked to contact the St. Francis County Investigators Division, all calls will remain confidential.
