On March 19, 2024, deputies responded to a break-in call on Highway 306-E in Colt, AR.  Tyler Watlington 31-years-old of Colt was identified by a witness who was inside the house and then seen running away.  The witness reported that she stopped by the vacant house to check on things when she saw Watlington looking out of the window and when she confronted him, he came outside and took off running.  Deputies located Watlington still in the immediate area and took him into custody without incident.  Watlington was then brought back to the scene where the witness positively identified him as the same person she saw coming out of the house.  Watlington was also arrested on an unrelated warrant for Criminal Trespass. Watlington is charged with Breaking or Entering a Class D Felony and is scheduled to appear before a judge today where a bond will be set in this case.
